I have been walking/running 3 miles every day for the last 5 weeks. I feel my clothes getting looser, and the scale is just now starting to drop. I hope and pray, this keeps up!!! It is so hot during day, I go out at 4 am to exersize with safety vest and flashlight. My main diet focus is low carb. 1200 calories and exersize
