i lowered my carbs to 30 or below, and I started losing again. Its hard because fruit and yogurt have a lot of carbs..I miss those treats.but berries are lower in carbs..
162.0 lb Lost so far: 103.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week

bananas and grapes are the worst (i've had both today...blah!) I just read an article on greatist.com called "Sugar Wise, how fruits stack up"...insightful...

I know!! I miss them but have them on occasion. I will check out that article, thanks! I have been dieting for 20 months now, and have lost 120 lbs!! I am so close to goal weight!!! but wonder if I will ever get there..I am 59 yrs old..
