Have had a hard time the past few days keeping my diet. Craving the foods I love and noticing I'm falling back into old habits. The problem is that I get tired of the same foods even-though I try to change them up. But you can only do so much. Also it's tough because I'm sodium restricted on my diet as well. My issue is weekends when I want to go out and have something different...
