My son and I rode our bikes around town today. He definitely had me sweating up a storm! Tonight is my last night of classes for the summer, I should pack in a few afternoon bike rides with him from now on. Tomorrow I head out to Ft. Lauderdale for a birthday vacation. I am going to try my best (I will!) to be in control of my eating habits.
Its no longer a battle between Fat and Skinny, after my appointment today with my PCP, I realize that my old habits are catching up with me. It was the first time ever, that my BP, bad cholesterol and sugars were high. Time to be responsible.
