I kept checking the scales this morning. I know that I have been to the gym for a workout every day this week but this much weight loss on my 3rd week...FANTASTIC :)
176.6 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.7 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
