Yesterday was awful. I followed a no sugar..no flour meal plan for 7 days and felt great. Lost weight too. Yesterday I missed my protein breakfast and the rest of the day was a disaster!!!!!!!Sugar, cookies, etc. Felt awful by the end of the day. I'm now a believer and back to my routine. Good to learn from a mistake!
