Doing OK, on Atkins... stomach flatter... weight about stable but I know I will lose about 1 pound per week, and soon I need to get moving more.
235.0 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I have gained quite a bit in the past few weeks. I am NOT moving enough as I have arthritis issues. I hate where I live as I have agoraphobia symptoms and it is preventing me from exercising too. I am going to force myself to walk every evening. Atkins is NOT working this time. It has in the past. I have $$$ now to eat out - so even if it is low carb it is not working, when I got to well below 200 I was doing Atkins but not eating. I have been off of narcotics for over three months now, but as I am moving less that is NOT helping. I need to ditch the high-calorie foods too for good. I must eat below 1500 calories a day I think as I am on metabolism-halting meds too.

I am doing OK and I know how to lose... and I will stop eating out. They give one too much food. Salads are not working. Cheese is now out of my diet too. It is too high-caloric. I also started on supplements that are probably muscle gaining - and weight halting too. It seems I have put on a lot of muscle weight without working out too. I am a member of a gym, but I have not gone once since I joined a month ago... because of agoraphobia issues. I was doing weekly fasts in the past too and I will do that again on weekends starting on the 28th.

Also - I have been drinking a lot of diet iced tea. I think the tannin in it or something else might be causing weight gain as it is supposedly sugar free. It is as if it has sugar in it.

The diet iced tea has 1000 calories in one container or so, and one can drink that in a matter of days. I went for a walk in a nearby wooded trail, over a quarter-mile - if I do it like six to twelve times a day I will lose.

Thanks, Buffy. 95% of my friends on here over five years ago are off. Facebook sort of took off and I think it took many people who were using this site to really get their weight under control. I did back then. Now it is just a matter of walking more. I had a backache today, which is easing up this evening, so hopefully tomorrow I can get a good walk in.
