I weighed in last night, and lost just .2. I guess a loss is a loss. I don't know how long I can go, and have week after week of losses. Even little ones. I am kicking it in to high gear this week. I have a personal goal I want to get to, and from the looks of things, I may be able to do it this week. TOPS continues to be total support for me. I am so grateful for finding this wonderful group of people. I will take all the credit for the hard work though!! LOL I will have a great week this week. Im sure of that. If it is to be, it is up to me. The choice is mine. Nobody else's. I have less than 85 pounds to go to reach a healthy goal. I love me, and boy does it feel great!!!!!!
