I've been doing the paleo diet for 14 days now (with minimal slip-ups) and I have to say that I feel great. This is the best diet I have tried so far. I am rarely ever hungry and even when my stomach is full, the calorie count on the meal is low and I love that. Not to mention that grains (gluten) and dairy makes me bloated and constipated and that is slowly going away. I haven't felt this light since forever (if ever) I am still fighting occasional cravings, but I am sure that will go away soon. It's been a week since my last weigh in, but I have decided not to weigh in now, but on Monday. Weekends are always the hardest for me to stick to my diet plan, so I am using this as an additional motivation. I've doing 2 classes of zumba per week for a month now, and starting June I will be adding, alongside zumba, an additional class of "hi-lo power" which is basically half of hour cardio, half of our strength training. Fingers crossed I will be a good girl over the weekend and follow my diet! I mean, it's just two days, how hard can it be :P
