This was a failure of a weekend. I am using my weight from Saturday because I did not weigh in yesterday or today. I didn't eat horribly on either day so I figure it has got to be close. I've had a fairly sedentary weekend, just chilling with my boys. I broke down and bought and drank a 6 pack or Bud Light over the weekend. Again not horrible, but I had said I wasn't going to drink. Nothing I can do about it now and I know it coulda been a lot worse. I slept in this morning because the boys are out of school for Memorial Day and I start back on nights tonight. I did have a healthy breakfast of blueberry oatmeal and get a good workout on the elliptical. I'm almost halfway through my water for the day. My goal is 15 cups and I'm on cup 7. Just gotta keep it up.
My goals for this week are 15 cups of water per day, 40 minutes of exercise per day, record everything I eat, and to post here at least 3 days.
231.3 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 101.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
