Yay! It's only a few ounces.... but as long as there is some loss I seem to keep my motivation up. 10 more days until my 8 week challenge at work is done. I want to finish strong, then keep going...
195.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 35.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
