Shocked at any loss after a few bad days - celebrated the end of my 8 week weight loss challenge at work yesterday with a trip to the buffet... never felt so stuffed in my life... I almost didn't even enjoy the pure gluttany...but back on track now... lost 10 in 8 weeks... hoping I can replicate those results if not improve upon them in the next 8 weeks... still have not dropped a size though... come on size 12!!!
194.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 34.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
