Time to track the food intake better. Goals
1600 calories a day
12 hour fast between dinner and breakfast (stop the late night snacking)

161.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 18.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Identical goals. Nearly impossible for me to get under 1200 calories a day. 1600 is a disciplined day for me. Never used to eat after 6:00. I've put on 20 lbs. Gonna miss relaxing with a beer in evening, but maybe just till old healthy habits return.

Tracking my food intake and activity is making the difference for me. I also have a goal of 1600 calories a day, I've been able to eat a fair amount and stick with that, haven't been hungry at all.
