Finally! A change in the scale. I hope this keeps me motivated to have a better week. These last two weeks have not been very good. Not an all out oust of the diet, but definitely a little to many "treats and cheats."
226.4 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 49.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
