Today I did not make it to the gym. I had too many things to get done, so got them done. I did a lot of walking today, but, that was about it. I was tired after not sleeping good for a couple of days, plus we worked out 5 days in the gym and doing a little heavier weights and a few more reps. My son and his wife came over, had a nice visit. but am ready to relax now. Have a great evening. Will get back to the gym tomorrow. LoreJae

I'm sure whatever you got done plus the walking was as good as going to the gym.

Thank you. In the mornings I get up early and have 2 pets to take care of, and also go to my son's house and take care of his animals. I feel like I have walked my 5000 steps by the time, I get done with all of that. Usually we work out at the gym then, plus house cleaning. So hopefully that will help me to reach my goals.I have some things to finish today for one, putting a storage chest together and rearranging my computer room. I guess I better get going if I want to get this done. Still have house cleaning to do yet today Catch you all online ladter Have a great day. LoreJae
