After weighing in on Friday and not losing as much as I had in previous weeks, I had a binge eating session on Saturday. I consumed more calories in one day than I had been trying to consume in two days. Now it seems I have gained two pounds and I am more discouraged than ever. I have done good today so maybe by next week, I will be back down to where I was or even more. I can't give up. I want to make my husband proud of me again.
