After weighing in on Friday and not losing as much as I had in previous weeks, I had a binge eating session on Saturday. I consumed more calories in one day than I had been trying to consume in two days. Now it seems I have gained two pounds and I am more discouraged than ever. I have done good today so maybe by next week, I will be back down to where I was or even more. I can't give up. I want to make my husband proud of me again.

So you had a lapse...no big deal. You've recognized that and are back on track! Way to go! Please don't get discouraged. Everybody has moments just like you....the best part is you did great TODAY and that's a wonderful, positive move in the right direction!
