I am a 39 year old mother of two. I work at a bank so I spend most of my day sitting at a desk. I have been married for 21 years to a man I met at the age of 14. He is my soul mate. The hard thing is that I have always been small because of my petite frame and I have never had to watch my weight. Now that I am older I seem to gain weight every time I eat. I hate for him to see me this way even though he doesn't ever complain. I want to lose weight for myself more than anything but the extra benefit would be making him proud of me as well.
