IT IS SO MUCH EASIER TO NAVIGATE ATKINS WITH OUT THE TEMPTATIONS AROUND... FEELING GOOD.... AND THIS TWO WEEKS WITH OUT THE HUBBY, HAS GIVEN ME THE BOOST TO GET MY ACTIONS UNDER CONTROL SO, WHEN I SEE HIM AGAIN NEXT WEEK I WILL BE FULLY COMMITTED TO THE WAY I WANT TO EAT. (HE IS UBER SUPPORTIVE, BUT IT MY OWN LACK OF WILL POWER THAT MAKES ME EAT LIKE AND WITH HIM)
194.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I can relate to that. I have the same problem when my husband is around. My husband is fit so he can afford to eat junk. But when I do the same it all ends up on the scale. My husband has been gone for 6 months and in that time I have lost 63 pounds.. The interesting part will be to see if i can keep this weight off when he comes home! good luck on your weight loss journey.
