FEELING GOOD ... MOSTLY BECAUSE I PASSED UP THE CAKE AND CUPCAKE THAT WAS SITTING AROUND AT LUNCH... AND WHEN I WENT BACK INTO THE LUNCHROOM LATER I PASSED IT UP WHEN NO ONE WAS AROUND!!! THIS MAKES ME FEEL GOOD
196.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
