i do very well on week days when i am at work and temptation is low. but on weekends its hard-there are always cookies available because its my sister`s business and so easy to take a few at teatime or just anytime really! i`ve asked her to stop making extra, so they wont tempt me. then there`s ice cream and eating out! gosh,everywhere you look there`s something tasty just waiting to be eaten! why cant i be one one those skinny girls who can eat like horses and not gain a kilo??? i havent done too badly but saying no all the time is difficult and my boyfriend seems to think im losing my marbles because i told him i dont drink my calories the other day-he looked at me like i had grown two heads,lol! we always order peanut butter milkshakes at Spur but i asked for a glass of water..
