on my period, so i`m hoping the numbers will go down further next week. on the upside, my tummy looks flatter, my waist looks more defined and overall i can see a difference in my skin tone.thighs look smoother too but jeans are still snug :-(
136.2 lb Lost so far: 4.9 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
