Well the month was pretty good I really 15 lbs but I am very happy with the 13 lbs. Weighing in once a month is hard but I like seeing the double number will stick to the once a month if it works for me.
267.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 87.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
