Knew I gained this week. You just cannot eat Snicker peanut butter eggs all week and not gain. Even though I exercised like a fiend, still gained. Goal is no sweets this week and at least one fasting day.
160.6 lb Lost so far: 11.4 lb.    Still to go: 23.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
