Whoa! I really over did it yesterday. I worked at my landscaping job yesterday and really worked up an appetite then I did my DJ gig last night. I thought well I've done my morning work out worked hard all day and I will working tonight so I'll reward myself with some extra calories. Ugh gotta break my old way of thinking for good. I guess I'll always have to fight that demon of food as a reward. Today is a new day and I'l cut calories today workout and play my gig with my band tonight which will burn more calories. It is a process and I will win in the end!
