Walked about 5 miles overall yesterday as recorded by my Fitbit (got a free one from my company because of a walking challenge). Automatically uploads to your computer (they give you something to plug into your USB port). So I got the walking badge of 10,000 steps in 1 day. I was so close, I made myself get there. I was a bit wired at bedtime though. Will try to walk earlier today!

Had an Atkins frozen breakfast called Bacon Scramble. This is my favorite Atkins breakfast now. They are good for me to plug into the microwave at work when I don't have time to make breakfast!
174.6 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 27.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
