For the past 6 weeks, things have been really hard to keep under control. While Mom was so terribly sick, I did not leave the house, and was eating for emotional reasons, plus, eating all of the wrong things. She passed on 3/27, and since the funeral, I have been eating for comfort. No matter how "prepared" you are for the death of a parent, or how old you are, it is still a hard thing.
Time now to get back on track. Life does go on, and if I want to go on with it, I need to get my weight/health back in order.
