I'm finally starting to get back into a routine, but could always clean up my eating a little more. There are lots of snacks and care packages lying around in my work area, so lots of temptation. I still try to keep under my caloric intake for the day, so I don't feel as bad having a cookie or extra piece of candy here or there.

I'll make sure to weigh-in today after work or in the morning when I first get up. I expect to at least have lost 1 lb for this week, but of course more would be exciting!
