The past week or so has been stressful. I'm trying to get back in a routine of working out and logging my diet. I went back today and updated my food from the past week. I'll have to check the notes I put on my phone to make sure I logged everything. I have T-25 on the way in the mail, so I'll have a more regimented workout routine once that arrives. Until then, I'll run it out on the treadmill.
