Well, I'm back after having a really bad cold. Wasn't perfect during that time but didn't go overboard either. Sunday was my first day back at 100% Atkins. I dropped some weight this morning! Yay!
174.8 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 27.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
