Followed 100%. Yesterday I went to Red Lobster for supper had a yummy salad. Then treated myself to a Pedi since I did not cheat once. Weighed myself and back down to the 150's.
153.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
