Now to get back on track after a great weekend, didn't worry about tracking foods had decided to take the weekend off. Didn't take my tablet so didn't get on the internet. Could have but didn't. Went fishing, mushroom hunting, partied with friends and family. Totally enjoyed my weekend at my daughter's who lives at a lake. Did get lots of comments about how much I had lost as many of the friends I haven't seen since last fall.
Drank too much beer, did not eat like I should, as too much going on. Came home with a couple bags of fresh catfish filets, a baggie of morel mushooms, and two big containers of leaf mold compost dug from a creek bed for my garden. Catfish, morels and hopefully frsh asparagus from my yard for dinner tonight.
