Good Morning, Have not been able to record last week, because of doctors appt and testes. Hope that I will be good this week,still have more doctors appt. But all is good I was able to lose 7 pounds, have not been able to whole anything on my stomach. I hope that everyone was able to enjoy the holidays over the weekend.
