went to a wedding had a great time took pic of what I eat with my phone I get so caught up then I forget then my slice of cake was very thin & small and no bun for my BBQ Pulled pork very Small portion on Cole slaw and a little potato salad ,, did have a few glass's of beers that ought to be high in carbs <3 Had a Lot of fun <3 with My Husbands family was so great My husband has been home all day Friday & Saturday yahooooooooooo thanks Lord I really needed that <3 so did he <3 big day tomorrow BD Party & Easter for my great granddaughter had a great talk with my son there has been lots of hurt and damage there always Praising the Lord for that healing and I don't respond when hes a little turd Love ya Lord for such an awesome day <3 Love ya Dolores Lynn <3 be happy FS Family don't forget to treat your body very kindly its the only house you'll get <3

I think you did exactly what you should have; you had fun, enjoyed yourself, and you didn't go flying off the deep end. It's to easy to get control over your insulin and manage bloog-sugar. :)

cpmodem thanks for your support I have a long way to go but I don't even care about tomorrow just today.after recovering from a year of chemo & cancer my main goal is to care about my body a gratefulness of my second chances that is the least i can do ,, any who I looked up BLCB web sight very interesting I have been sticking to mission carb balance whole wheat Tortillas fajita net 3 carbs the small ones has been my bread replacement being aware of what my body needs to run smoothly I have lost my huge appatie on the way Im eating at this point I don't eat fruit I'm hoping once I get to a comfortable weight I could enjoy some berries exc I have been using the Atkins bars to replace my sweet tooth but i wish I had never meet them I use diet jello my favorite flavors 1 c 1/2 cottage cheese & cool whip I had a huge sugary cravings I will look into some of the Authors !! thanks for sharing
