199.8 lb Lost so far: 40.2 lb.    Still to go: 39.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

We all have gains. You gotta get it under control and start losing again. Summer is coming. Write down all the reasons why you want to lose weight and put it where you can see it. Go to Pinterest.com and type in "fitness motivation". That always gets my butt up and moving. Put the scale in front of the fridge. Get some fitness magazines. Buy a new workout outfit. Try some new recipes. Come on, you can do this!
