I really have not had the best of days this weekend. Wine is the absolute devil! I should really be cutting back on that. Not only is it a calorie bomb in itself, but it lead to some questionable decision making when it comes to food.
Alas.
But we always have to pick ourselves up and get back on the bandwagon. Start fresh and clean and hit the gym!
