Breakfast was 5 egg whites cooked with non-stick spray. and a few drinks of white grapefruit juice. Was tasty and filling breakfast.

Eggs 85 calories 15-20grams protein.
Grapefruit juice 45 calories (if was 4 oz) had 2-4 oz


wanted some fat to go with my grapefruit
snacked on a 1/2 serving of
Cashews 80 calories 2-3g protein 7g fat

Total 210 calories (breakfast)

took my daily vitamins too
Vitamin C
Selenium
B12
Iodine

And Keybiotics (Digestive suppliment (good flora))


*** didnt realize was a different place to log food LOL still new to site :P

265.4 lb Lost so far: 9.6 lb.    Still to go: 95.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
