Took colon cleanse for 5 days. Now taking keybiotics for a month starting today.

***during my 5 day colon cleanse was on a no meat diet, and limited to certain nuts and certain fruits and veggies (also could have split pea and lentil beans) (i loved the fruit smoothies for break fast snacked on raw almonds, sunflower seeds and cashews all day, had a cucumber a day boiled cauliflower brocoli and carrots. olive oil and salt to taste. didnt track how much i ate, just ate that stuff til i felt full, was just interested in colon cleanse that week. so taking keybiotics starting after would work better. Lost 10 lbs on the colon cleanse. so i started at 275.? to start.
