I'm more motivated now! Scale is moving and it's good because it's moving downwards! Guys thanks for support, it meens a lot to me! :)
151.0 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 7.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I think that this way I lose pounds on a healthier way rather to lose more pounds in a shorter time, but gain it back after dieting is done... but here I'm learning about healthier life style more than dieting.
