What an amazing feast day. I had delicious pork shoulder which I made into a soup w/ green chilies, stew tomatoes, green onion. Eaten with sliced Avocado.

Tomorrow is a fast day. I had 2 great fast days and I lost 2 lbs, which was great cause I had stopped weight loss as a result of sugar free Red bulls.

Looking forward to my intermittent fast tomorrow. I know the scale will be a little up. I'm focused on the morning after my fast. :)
