D'oh! I lost track of how many calories cooking actually burns. For whatever reason I had it in my head that it burns 187/hr. Maybe when I was heavier. In any case it's easier to enter it as 'housework'. I don't think I will try modifying older entries to reflect my recent discoveries, but from now if I am entering a 'custom exercise', I will double check the calories burned first.
