Congratulations on taking the step to lower your weight. You have an amazing journey ahead of you, and trust me - it's ALL worth it.
Make sure to not go TOO low on your calorie intake. At 434 lbs, your body needs quite a chunk of calories just to maintain the essentials. If I were you, I'd up it just a bit, or at least keep focused on things like fatique, headaches and mood swings. They can be signs that you aren't eating enough.
