I shed the 1.4 gained last week and an additional .8 for a total of -2.2; ready for my 5K in the morning. I added more dairy back into my diet, especially yogurt. I'm always having to watch for when my body gets too used to its food and I need to change things. Kept the walking going, only did 2 "soft" miles today (I didn't push myself too hard) since tomorrow will be busy for me. I'll get my food diary for today caught up this weekend, it's just been a really full day with a lot going on. Y'all have a great weekend !!! :)
188.4 lb Lost so far: 16.6 lb.    Still to go: 28.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I walked it, was a blast !! 52 minutes in the middle of 5000 other people, not bad at all. I still haven't gotten all the color off of me yet!! I'm ready for another !!!! Haven't tracked today, it's been a lost cause ! That's ok !!!

GLad you had fun!!! Good for you for doing it!! A friend who is also on the weight loss journey docs orders are talking about trying one later in the year, just walking, no running for either of us thanks to knee issues.

I felt so good today I decided to walk the equivalent of the 5K again at the track. Starting to condition to the warmer weather; I won't ever walk in really hot weather but should be able to condition to the 70's at this point as we get closer to summer, then be smart about my walking choices once the 80's and 90's get here. Finally got all the color off of me today ! ;)

Good for you!! I also can't do much outside when it gets really hot here high 90's and 100's as the humidity is also way up there, can't breathe. Then it's time to walk inside.
