I'm starting to think I'll never break 140 again. I'm also starting to think that's ok. My eating habits are greatly improved and I've been kicking butt at the gym. I'll still try to get to my goal weight, but perhaps a thirty-something woman in good health should just not worry about it so much! Happy Friday everyone!

Ya never know! I would concentrate on fat loss. You can actually change your bodies composition and not see the scale go down. So you can go down in sizes but stay the same weight. Get plenty of lean protein, lean dairy, fruits and veggies. A combo of strength training a few times a week and cardio should help. It really all depends on how you feel about yourself and what you willing to do to achieve your goals. Sometimes it's better to enjoy life and maintain a certain weight, then have to struggle constantly to sustain a certain weight.
