I am feeling good about myself today. Even with the little extra weight gain.
After finding out that I have an under active thyroid everything now makes a lot of sense to me. Yes I still may have kidney stones, but they are dormant and until they decide to move the doctors see that there is nothing wrong until they move.
I have even done a redo with my shopping list and with the things I eat. No more junk food in the pantry. And any junk I do have is all homemade.
I'm looking forward to the new me now that I know what I need to do.
