My weight is still sitting at 119kg.

I take Max on walks, 3 days a week. He doesn't like going everyday. But that is fine with me. It gives me some rest days.

Food and Water intake are about the same.

Weigh-in: 262.4 lb

lost so far: 8.8 lb

still to go: 41.9 lb

Getting a puppy has its benefits. I have been sitting at 119kg for about a month now.
His name is Max and he is only 16 weeks old. He was a sweet tiny angel when we got him.

Now he is an absolute terror. But I love him to bits.

Diet wise... My water intake has gone up from 2 litres to 3 litres and my coffee has gone down from 2 -3 day to just one a day.

Wow November already.

It has been a year.

I lost my dog, Sam. 1 week before my birthday. So I have been on a rollercoaster of depression ever since.

I haven't been eating properly. Very poorly actually. Lots of carbs and softdrink.

Gained weight, lost weight then gained weight again.

Had Covid again and Spent to much money.

So year. Thats how my year has been. Looking forward to it being over.

I have had a couple of bad food days so i'm not surprised that my weight has gone back up. I'm just gping to pick myself back up again and dust off the dirt and get back at it.
