Ok so I'm into Day 6 of my 'no soft drink challenge'. And I'm doing well. I no longer having the cravings to open the fridge door and go straight for the can. Which is good and what I wanted. But now I am out of Orange Juice =( but that's OK. I'll keep drinking my 3 x 750ml bottles of water and have the odd Raspberry Ice Tea with my dinners.
I have added a mini challenge for myself. One of my bad habits is not brushing my teeth regularly. So I have started that as I have made myself an appointment with a local dentist to get my teeth checked. I haven't been to a dentist in over 3 years.
