not doing well with my weight. I need to take it much more seriously.
212.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 75.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.1 lb a week

This is the right place to be. Motivate. Inform. Encourage. We do that for each other. Join a COMMUNITY - Find a Group and at least one CHALLENGE (Tabs above, top screen)! It will help you get connected and focused.

The challenges help. I started with no fast food for 2 weeks and then no chips or fries. Keep track of your food on here. It works once you get used to putting it all down. It makes you think about your food choices. Good luck!

GIRL.....YOU CAN DO THIS....IF I CAN ANYONE CAN....HANG IN THERE....ITS SO HARD TO DO....I STOPPED WITH ALL THE CHALLENGES BECAUSE FOR ME THEY DIDN'T HELP....I JUST EAT HALF OF WHAT I HAVE ON MY PLATE....NOW I JUST FILL MY PLATE WITH HALF PORTIONS AND ITS HELPING.....

I heard if you use a child's plate and eating utensils it helps you eat less also. I try to avoid fast food as much as possible especially since I can't stand the smell of their oil. It always smell burnt to me

My doctor once told me that the key is being able to chew in order to stay committed. So, find reasons to chew...a fresh spinach salad with other sliced raw vegetables (like squash, radish, cucumber, etc.) gives you significantly more to chew with almost negligible calories. Make small changes as others have said, like switching to whole wheat bread or flour tortillas. Using brown rice or adding an extra egg white (without one yolk) to your morning two-egg scramble. If you drink two sodas a day, pull back to one.

Rarmon, I also am putting weight back on. I did not have a good week. So, today I will focus better on my goal. No party in my mouth today.
