I will start today with getting thinner. I had a bowl of muesli and whole milk for breakfast. I removed the almonds and hazelnuts (to which I am allergic) and added some extra cashew and Brazil nuts (to which I am not allergic. In my lunch break I had a fango pack and a massage so I avoided having a sausage in curry sauce and French fries in the canteen. Instead I bought a breadroll with cream cheese and tomatoes and cucumber (which was quite filling). I'm not so sure what I will cook for dinner tonight but I'm thinking of salmon and a lot of vegetables and maybe potatoes.
I feel thinner already ;-)
