I'm reading "YOU on a diet" and it seems, I can only start my diet when I have finished the book. Just like it was with Allan Carr's "Easy Way to Stop Smoking". Only after I had read the book through could I stop smoking! Oh well! Ususally I don't like sweets at all. But now when I know just how bad they are for me I develop a craving for them that I haven't known before. Too bad ...
