Still holding but I'm good with that. I will stop doing daily weigh-ins once I'm done with this juicing regime on Friday. I'll continue to juice but usually only one meal during the day. I've juiced for almost 3 years now & its part of my life. I do a 5 day cleanse a couple times a year. For exercise tonight will be another 2 mile swim. I'm getting board with the swimming but with my hip implant its the best thing. Also keeps me in good surfing shape!
